When I hear he is dating, it makes me mad and i feel bitter towards him. Does this mean I am in still in love with him or just jealous because he wouldn’t take me out and wine and dine me when we were married?

He’s on his best behavior grooming his next victim. Realize that if he’s an abuser he won’t change unless he gets help.
Was he a good guy who wined and dined you when you were dating? If so then just realize he’s likely to keep repeating his horrific behavior. Good for you for getting out and understand that your anger and bitterness is hurting you more than anyone else.
